金山的工作人员们你们好,我是金山ARP防火墙的使用者,由于我个人所处网络环境的原因,不得不安装ARP防火墙,该软件不错,自从安装之后很少发生断网、掉线等情况了。现在现在又有更让人抓狂是情况发生，就是安装了该软件之后我每次更改IP、禁用或启用本地连接、进行BT下载超过10分钟之后，都会蓝屏并死机（换了一块独立网卡和新的操作系统XP SP3也如此），现在所有的方法都试过了，也联系了主板的客服进行了多次沟通，确定是该防火墙驱动和我的主板有冲突，请问贵站能解决一下么？或者把我的问题提交给研发组，我的主板是华硕 M2N-E.
