[font=Times New Roman] i.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]请先检查网络是否正常，目前漏洞修复只提供在线更新的方式；[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

[font=Times New Roman] ii.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]确定一下本机安装的防火墙或者杀毒软件的安全设置中有没有将补丁更新程序禁止；[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

[font=Times New Roman] iii.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]由于漏洞补丁是从微软服务器上直接下载，如果同一时间内补丁下载请求过多，会出现微软的服务器过忙的情况，此时可以稍等一段时间再来尝试下载补丁。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

[font=Times New Roman] i.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]尝试手动下载。在漏洞修复中选中此漏洞，右侧会出现此漏洞的详细信息说明，点击“下载链接”，直接手动将补丁下载到本地进行安装。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

[font=Times New Roman] i.[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]将系统设置成显示隐藏文件。（以[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]Windows XP[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]操作为例，进入我的电脑[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]->[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]在窗口主菜单上选择“工具[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]|[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]文件夹选项[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]|[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]查看”，选择“显示所有文件和文件夹”）[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

[size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]1、[/font][/size][b][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]安装的为[/size][/font][/b][b][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]Office[/font][/size][/b][b][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]精简版、绿色版等非正式完整版[/size][/font][/b][size=10.5pt][/size]
[size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman] a)[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]有些[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]Office[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]的漏洞是精简版根本打不上的，这是[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]Office[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]本身决定的。[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][/size]
[size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman] b)[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]建议卸载这个版本的[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]Office[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]，换装正式完整版的[/size][/font][size=10.5pt][font=Times New Roman]Office[/font][/size]

[font=宋体]现象：在漏洞修复中已经提示安装成功，不过再次扫描时会再次出现此漏洞。我进行手动安装后，任然提示有此漏洞，在任务管理器中发现该补丁已经安装。不知道为什么。我用的是金山毒霸企业版客户端。[/font][size=10.5pt][/size]

1.漏洞：kb938127
2.该漏洞已经安装，但漏洞扫描后总是提示有此漏洞，手动安装该漏洞后仍然有此现象，我将金山卸载后重新安装仍然有此现象。
3.我用的是金山毒霸企业版客户端
